What is the Adventure Rewards® program?
Adventure Rewards® is our tiered membership program that gives you the ability to earn points with every purchase.
Members can earn points by purchasing a subscription to either SnackCrate’s Original or Family plans, placing an order through the online SnackShop, upgrading their existing subscription, or by referring a friend through their SnackCrate referral link. Each purchase gets you closer to the next membership tier with increasing benefits. Customers that have signed up via gift purchase are not eligible for the Adventure Rewards Program at this time.
To see what’s new with the Adventure Rewards® Program, log-in to your existing SnackCrate account online. To become a member of the SnackCrate Adventure Rewards® program you must hold an active subscription to either SnackCrate’s Original, Original Plus+, Family, or Family Plus+ plans. Subscriptions to the Mini or Mini Plus+ plans are not eligible for the Adventure Rewards® Program. Participation is subject to the Adventure Rewards® Membership terms.
How Does It Work?
Members earn 10 points per dollar spent with every purchase, including subscription upgrades, renewals, and SnackShop purchases. Points can also be awarded when a purchase is made through the customers' referral link. Points are awarded based on the total purchase amount, including tax, and are rounded to the nearest whole dollar amount.
The number of points accumulated during an active subscription determines the tier level of the customer. There are four possible tiers, with each level increasing the number of customer benefits.
A member’s accrued points during an active subscription determine their status:
- SnackCrate Snacker
- Achieved upon signing up for either an Original, Original Plus+, Family, or Family Plus+ crate.
- SnackCrate Gold Member
- Achieved upon earning 651 points during an active subscription.
- SnackCrate Platinum Member
- Achieved upon earning 1,451 during an active subscription.
- SnackCrate PRO Member
- Achieved upon earning 2,301 points during an active subscription.

- Do I need to create a separate account to reap the benefits of the SnackCrate Adventure Rewards® Program?
- As long as you have an active account with SnackCrate, you will be able to see your Adventure Rewards® status on your account page here. Customers that have signed up via gift purchase are not eligible for the Adventure Rewards Program.
- How do I become a SnackCrate Gold, SnackCrate Platinum, or SnackCrate PRO Member?
- Once a status is reached, you will maintain that status as long as an Original or Family subscription is active. If your subscription is paused, you will not receive any points for that renewal but you will remain eligible for all applicable perks. If you downgrade to a Mini subscription you will not lose your status, however, you will no longer be eligible for any of the perks from the last status you achieved. To regain access to those perks at any time, simply upgrade your subscription to an Original or Family size. If your subscription is cancelled at any time, you will lose your status and all applicable benefits indefinitely.
- If I earn status as a SnackCrate Gold, Platinum, or PRO member, can I lose it?
- Once a status is reached, you will have that status as long as an active membership is maintained. If your subscription is paused, you will not receive any points for that renewal. If your subscription is canceled at any time, you will lose your status and all applicable benefits.
- What does it mean to have "Crate Priority"?
- Once SnackCrate Platinum status is achieved, your orders will take priority in our warehouse and will be one of the first to ship every month, meaning you get your snacks before everyone else.
- How do I earn more points to level up?
- To earn more points you have a few options: Upgrade your subscription to the next size, or add a Drink Upgrade to receive more points when your subscription renews. If you can't wait, visit our SnackShop where you can earn an additional 10pts per dollar spent. Share your referral link with a friend and receive 100 pts when they sign up.

- Your subscription will automatically include a drink upgrade at no extra cost to you.
- "PRO" Crate Packaging
- Your SnackCrate will no longer arrive in our classic blue box and will instead arrive in our exclusive blacked-out packaging.
